Tech Consulting Services –North SF Bay, CA successfully installed multi CompuLan Center LLC. (IDView) High Def CCTV Products at various Cellular World locations in 2013-2014.
IDView’s surveillance solution was deployed at over 9 locations and numerous HD cameras. Tech Consulting had chosen IDVIEW’s solution because of the reliability and features that fit this application.

Expectations and Requirements

The requirements were just for general surveillance of the customers and the employees. Recording and reviewing footage was important for them so they decided on a High Definition system. HD-SDI delivered 1080P images for HD quality in case of theft or just general reviewing. However, they had gotten much more. The important feature was the remote viewing access from computers, tablets, and phones. This feature was invaluable to them as this gave the franchise owners and managers to gauge traffic coming into the store as well as a way to monitor their employees. This was important as it reduced the number of hours the upper management had to be physically at the store. Travel time was also greatly reduced. In the first store that the HD-SDI system was deployed, there was an iPad theft the very next day. The crystal clear images allowed law enforcement within hours to capture the suspect by the clarity of their tattoos with the High Def recordings. The CMS (Central Management Software) was a great feature for them. This gave management operating from a central office a way to view all of their stores in one interface at once. This was a quick and easy way to monitor as well as gauge the performance of their stores.
